Приветствие молдавским коммунистам от имени премьер-министра Греции Алекса Ципараса по случаю 100-летия Октябрьской Революции. Приводим текст оригинала, зачитанного представителем партии Сириза на торжественном пленуме ЦК ПКРМ, 28 октября 2017 г. **** Chisinau, 28 October 2017 Yiannis Bournous Mr President, Vladimir Voronin, On behalf of the Central Committee of SYRIZA and the President of SYRIZA and Prime Minister of Greece, Alexis Tsipras, I would like to congratulate the Communists of Moldova for celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. I have the honor to represent a party that still has in its ranks 90-year-old veterans of the heroic resistance to fascism. But also representatives of our parents’ generation who fought against the military dictatorship in 1967-1974. People who were persecuted, imprisoned, exiled, tortured and executed for refusing to renounce socialism and communism, for remaining faithful to the vision of freedom, democracy and social justice, for upholding the ideals of the October Revolution. We are the grandchildren of that Revolution, of the epic struggles to build the first socialist society, to abolish human exploitation, to overthrow Kings and tyrants, capitalists and warlords. We owe our freedom to the men and women of the Glorious Red Army and the heroic partisans across Europe. We acknowledge our historical debt, we keep their memory alive, we pass the historical truth to our children, against historical revisionism, we stay strong to protect their achievements and recuperate what we lost. We dare to dream of social transformation. Because we know that people write their history, that we can change our destiny, that we can be masters of our lives. |
